Littleton Short Term Rental Regulations
The city of Littleton allows an individual to obtain and short-term rental license and operate a short-term rental on their primary residence. These rules were adopted in 2021, so any operators who had a license on investment property are allowed to continue operation, granted their license isn't revoked or expired.
