A Family Business

We are a local family owned business that specializes in all things residential Real Estate. We buy, sell, rehab, and manage Denver area Real Estate with over 10 years of experience! We believe firmly that the best path to financial freedom is through owning Real Estate and we would love to help you on your journey.

Our Story

Several years ago we decided they wanted to work together to build a family business. It first started while we were both in college buying and selling books from thrift stores. They slowly bootstrapped enough money together, but realized they were spending too much time trying to make it work. After much discussion we realized that Real Estate was something they could learn how to invest in and achieve the freedom they both desired. After starting out small we eventually grew to manage a sizable portfolio and now we want to share our experience with others!

Co-Founder

David Heisler

David is a seasoned Real Estate Investor, Broker, Agent, and Property Manager with years of experience in Institutional Investing. He founded Here's the Deal to help others achieve financial freedom through Real Estate. David's strategic mindset and attention to detail make him a trusted advisor for his clients. When he's not working, you can find him biking around Wash Park or hitting the slopes. Wave if you see him riding by!

Co-Founder

Jonathan Heisler

Jonathan is a local Real Estate Investor and Co-Founder of Here's the Deal. Jon started off house hacking in Denver and has built up a portfolio over the years that way. He wanted to share the lessons he learned house hacking with the people looking to achieve the same financial freedom as him. After years working as a software engineer for various startups, Jonathan decided it was time to set out and build a business helping people leave their 9-5.
